
It was the home opener for the Whitefish Bulldog Baseball team, Tuesday, as they played host to Noxon at Smith Fields.
This was the 2nd meeting of the season between both squads.
The Bulldogs, for the first time this season, got to play a game in front of their home crowd and did not disappoint.
Whitefish put on a show, shutting out Noxon and claimed the 15-0 victory.
Christian Schwaderer got the start and threw 3 solid innings of 1 hit ball and struck out 5. This was Schwderer's 2nd start of the season and 2nd win of the season.
After a scoreless 1st inning of action, the Dawgs got the bats going in the 2nd thanks to 6 runs on 4 hits.
Ryan Conklin brought in 2 with a single followed by Luke Dalen's RBI Single. Tait Orme had a 2-RBI Double and Schwad just missed on a Home Run, hitting an RBI Triple.
The Dawgs added 6 more in the 3rd highlighted by a Carter Godsey 2-RBI Single.
Whitefish ended the game in the 4th as Fynn Ryan would show off the wheels coming into score on a wild pitch.

The Dawgs picked up 9 hits in the contest, Conklin and Orme each with a pair. Conklin had 3 RBI as well.
With the win, the Dawgs have now won 5 games in a row and sit at 5-1 on the season. They're 3rd place in the North Conference.
Up Next: Whitefish will travel to Missoula this weekend, to take part in the Missoula Showcase. Whitefish faces Missoula Big Sky on Friday and Stevensville on Saturday.
