Whitefish High School's Landree Aurand has Committed to Utah Tech to continue his athletic and academic career.
Aurand plans to wrestle at the next level.
The news was first announce on Instagram:
"Landree Aurand is joining the UT Tech Wrestling Team next year!
Please welcome Landree to Trailblazer Wrestling!
We are excited to have him!"
Aurand was an anchor for the Whitefish Wrestling Team taking top marks in just about every meet he competed in.
Aurand competed at 144 Pounds his Senior Season.
Aurand would win the Divisional Tournament Title.
He then took 4th place at the 2025 State Wrestling Championship Tournament.
Utah Tech is a Division 1 program that competes in the Western Athletic Conference for Wrestling.
