Golf Results: Whitefish at Ronan Invite

The Whitefish Golf team would return to action late last week, taking part in the Ronan Invite.

Following their season opener at Corvallis, earlier in the week, the Whitefish golfers took to Mission Mountain Country Club on Thursday.

Both Whitefish teams would finish 8th overall.

Starting with a look at the girls side of things.

East Helena would claim the team title with host Ronan 2nd and Dillon 3rd.

Keni Wade, of Bigfork, would claim the individual title with a score of 82.

And now a look at the boys side.

The team title would go to Corvallis with Columbia Falls 2nd and Dillon 3rd.

Freshman Jessup Hutchensen would pace the Bulldogs with an 81.

Brady Powell of Corvallis would win the individual title with a score of 68.

The Dawgs then took part in the Browning Invite, last Friday. Scores have not been released.

Both Whitefish Golf Teams are back in action today, taking part in the Columbia Falls Invite at Meadow Lake Golf Course.
